Light and Dark explores the music of equatorial regions and the dark north of Europe. Influenced by each culture’s unique climate– where cold night breeds mystery and the warm sun imbues a particular colorfulness– music fills the role of storytelling in a unique and fascinating way.

AUDITIONS FOR THE NATIONAL LUTHERAN CHOIR'S 2018-2019 WILL BE MAY 17TH (7-10PM) AND MAY 19TH (9AM-12PM), 2018 AT MOUNT OLIVE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3045 CHICAGO AVENUE SOUTH, MINNEAPOLIS. 

Our audition process is meant to identify singers who: are good fit for the National Lutheran Choir musically and technically; who are able to fully commit to the schedule; who demonstrate a commitment to the highest musical standards. Making music with us is a fun and rewarding experience; however, being an National Lutheran Choir member requires hard work, high expectations, and commitment.
