FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Passes and Subscriptions

What is the difference between a ticket and a pass?

  • A Season Pass is for live concerts. A pass allows patrons to bundle their tickets for the season for a discount on the total.

  • A ticket is considered a Single Ticket.

Orders

What if I want to change my Season Pass or Subscription during the season?

Season Passes and Tickets are non-refundable. However, we do allow patrons to change which concert they would like to attend after purchase. If you would like to request a change, please contact us.

Are my tickets refundable?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for tickets in the case a patron is unable to attend a performance. Your ticket can, however, be converted into a tax-deductible donation. Please contact the box office at boxoffice@nlca.com or 612-722-2301 to do this.

Is there reserved seating at concerts?

Seating for concerts is general admission for most patrons, though there is some reserved seating for Subscribers, members of the Director's Circle, and Groups.

Is there accessible seating at concerts?

We work to designate accessible seating at each venue in which we perform. Depending on the building though, spaces may be limited. Please arrive early (doors open 45 minutes before concerts) and ask and usher for assistance to find accessible seating.

How long are concerts?

Most performances are 75 to 90 minutes in duration and without intermission.
